Pros

No Idea, Never Found Any. Toughest thing to do is to find PROS in FARELABS.

Cons

1. No HR Policies, No employee is an asset to them. 2. Highly Money minded. Apart from business they keep account of money earned via salary cut on seconds you are late even if you had an accident, 10% of employees salary, samples which are bought much more than needed and sold in the market etc etc. 3. No freedom at all, Top management has secured its priority but not giving any freedom, however nothing innovative ever comes out of them. 4. Total manual work, no management of at any part of working. 5. No proper salary structure, Sr. Accountant had recently completed B.Com. 6. Undue pressures, no responsibility is ever taken by top management, Blame Game is daily in schedule. 7. Clients are usually cheated, they are best know in Industry for this. 8. Reports are generated by studying GOOGLE, testing procedures are learnt and done when Organisations come for Renew of Accreditation. 9. High Super-Ego of Top Management, the best in industry. 10. Support from the Top Management are on the basis of How Clean You Lick The Boots. 11. Senior Managers who have learnt multiple ways of licking and achieved heights when organisation started, only enjoy. 12. No fixed charge list of any test, so if you by chance find a client (rarely happens) and quote him a price and client is a bit dicey, it could happen a guy next seat to you could steal your deal and charge half the price, well Top Management only see money. 13. No personal skill enhancement, except new ways cheating could be learnt. 14. Even if you are dying, please try to punch in the machine and sit in office else your salary will be cut. And Please Do not die in or near Office as they will even delete your records and you were never employee of FARELABS. So no sick, emergency, maternity etc.etc. should expected. 15. Salary is on the wish of Top Management, so they say on 7th of every month, however please do not leave patience till 15th every month. They could cut your 10%/month for as a PP (Personal Profit)Account of FARELABS and would certainly never give you as they never accept your resignation(lure you with numerous perspectives), infact they say if you want leave do not come from tomorrow. 16. All the sources to grab clients are registered on Email ID's and Phone Number's of Top Management or their Bootlicker, so almost zero career growth by any fresher or non-licker.
