easy work, great paycheck, good ours, no weekends work.

lot of hard smells, very smoky, a lot of dust.

Small atmosphere, everyone is usually easy to get along with and most everyone knows you. everyone is well informed around the facility so everybody knows everything.

it is very dirty, as are most foundries. There is a significant amount of rumor type talk and the town and some employees are prone to bad behavior. they run through a lot of hourly employees and higher up salary positions
