I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Family Initiative was so negative that I feel compelled to warn others. First off, the owners of this company are downright passive-aggressive. Any time there was an issue, instead of addressing it directly, they would use subtle jabs, veiled comments, and underhanded tactics to manipulate the situation. If you spoke up or disagreed, they'd turn it around and make it seem like you were the problem, all while maintaining this fake, "supportive" front. It's incredibly toxic. On top of that, the owners play favorites in a way that is incredibly obvious and damaging to team morale. Certain employees were constantly praised or rewarded, no matter how much they underperformed, while others were treated like invisible cogs in the machine. It creates a clear divide and makes the work environment feel like high school cliques.
