-RBT’s seem to stay for awhile compared to other ABA companies -Culture amongst coworkers is cohesive and fun all while providing therapeutic practices to clients. -Supervisors (BCBA’s) are always present during the day (8-4) even though they provide supervision remotely through camera system… that’s another pro. Cameras everywhere which make me feel safe as an RBT. I’m sure families love this too.

Wish there were more professionals of other practices present at the company for collaborative developments (OT, PT). There is an SLP currently.
