Pros
Medical benifits, good pay, lots of work on the road. The pay is top of the market if you don't mind being shuffled around between project managers and not knowing if you will have a job or not in the upcoming days and weeks.
Cons
ALL TRAVEL WORK, lack of leadership, lack of direction. Not sure where this place is going and definitely don't see myself here in 2 years. And the nepotism is ridiculously obvious and sickening at this point.
