Pros
Huge budgets, lots of trips on private jets, nice volunteers
Cons
They make you clock in and out of work, no work from home, zero trust, poor coaching/mentor. If you want a raise, they will look at how many extra hours you put in as a non-exempt employee which should be between 45-50hrs. Its a requirement to lead a "iConnect" which takes between 1-3 hours per week. They also require you to deduct 1.5hrs every week as volunteer time and expect you to attend the Tuesday Night Service at the Watch Party or at the SH Location with a full page of notes turned in no more than 20 minutes after the service. Out of all the different types of micromanaging I have encountered during my work life time, Faith Church exemplified the most manipulative form of micromanaging I have ever encountered. If you resign and they will not write you a recommendation letter, expect them to follow you on social media and find out where you are working next. With their huge network, they will sabotage any chance you have at working in ministry should you list them on your resume.
