      The pay was pretty decent

      Cons

      The staffing levels were sometimes dangerous because they didn't take acuity into account. The way the MD spoke to female patients sometimes made me cringe. (I don't remember him telling any male patients to smile or that they were prettier when they smiled.)

      Pros

      Counselors have autonomy in facilitating groups and individual sessions. Staff is passionate about helping addicts/alcoholics gain abstinence. Very 12-step orientated.

      Cons

      Scheduling is done daily and lack of work stations .
