It’s a great company and they pay well and give time off for family

Being gone from home so much traveling from farm to farm

Worked with them about 10 years when the Fagens were the owners now it's owned by like 9 employees and all they care about is to fill thier own pockets. Terrible benefits, insurance is free but deductible is like $6000. Bonuses if they like you over $5000 but if not $1000. They don't care about the employees and that is why they are losing so many good hard working people. They have gone down the drain. So sad that it was a great company and now there's nothing left.

Everything! If they like you they will fly you and get paid to sit at home but if they don't they will fire you without being able to claim you pto or anything. Terrible company
