Caring administration staff. Excellent teamwork dynamics. Incentivized to work hard.

Pay is fair, but low considering experience expectations.

Sadly, there are no pros.

Absolutely worst place to have ever worked. The environment is very high school, no matter what dept you work in. So much bullying. They work you like dogs, and pay is terrible. Even the raises. You can go above and beyond and the max is 3% raise lol Mgmt is very inexperienced. The directors that oversee the floor staff have never been nurses. They come from IT. So they make all these changes to the floor that affect patient care and it does not make sense. The Doctors are burnt out and it shows by their lack of professionalism and effort. They are always hiring because everyone quits. It’s absolutely awful.
