      Pros

      I enjoy working for a company that helps people, both the patients that can be seen one-on-one and the employees who work hard to give the patients a good experience. My team mates are incredible, my boss recognizes my efforts and mentors me where I need to improve, and I feel good at the end of the day. And, best of all, when I go home there are no emails, calls, or texts for me to do more work!

      Cons

      There is always the business aspect of business, but that isn't really a con since it exists everywhere.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, teamwork, coworkers become like friends and family. I’ve worked in healthcare my entire career, and this is by far my favorite position I’ve held. From the day of my interview, I knew this was where I wanted to be and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to join the team. The owners are open-minded to new ideas and supportive of growth, and everyone shares the same goal of helping as many patients as possible. The collaboration between all three disciplines (PT/OT/ST) really encourages teamwork, and as a result, coworkers quickly become close. It’s a very supportive environment where everyone lifts each other up. I truly look forward to continuing to grow alongside this company and am excited to see what the future holds!

      Wish I lived a little bit closer to the clinic, but my teammates and patients make it worth it!
