      Pros

      I enjoyed my three years at FXFOWLE. I started in a very entry level administrative role and was allowed the room (and mentored) to grow in responsibility.

      Cons

      Pay was not great, but it wasn't terrible either.

      Collaborative, inclusive environment. Diverse staff. Management genuinely cares about employee morale and motivation. Lots of opportunities to meet staff at events inside and outside the office.

      Cons

      Like all architecture offices, hours can be long. Challenging to earn a promotion. Very quiet environment.
