Awesome Company, Not Many Advancement Opportunites - Contractor Support Specialist FTL Finance Employee Review

I've never worked for a company with a better culture: transparency, fairness, fun, great leaders and colleagues.

I am wracking my brain but can't find any. If you knew me at all, you'd be very impressed by this.

I have never felt so welcome and energized by a company. Every leader has met with me to share information about their departments, their goals, and how the team works together. It's very helpful to see where my job fits into the big picture. The office location is on Main Street, Saint Charles, which is a beautiful, historic area along the Missouri River. Having worked remotely since 2020, I am thrilled to be back in an office (3 days per week) where I can get to know my colleagues and enjoy fun outings like Pickleball.
