Senior leadership places premiums on those that talk the jargon-laced-talk, but cannot deliver on assigned work. Excuse after excuse (lies), while their team completes their work. They lie about project status. This behavior is rewarded and promoted. Unfinished tasks are closed and recreated to mask true completion status. With the exception of one, women outside HR and Corporate Comms are not respected; neither the work nor their knowledge. Obvious in meetings. Yelling, lying, the disrespect is real. Any complaint goes against you with certan HR personnel.
