-great diversity -kind, respectful work team -extremely quiet workplace, good offices available

-remote work is not an option (the boss required all office employees to work on-site during the pandemic when work could have been done remotely) -CEO and other upper-level team members are quick to react vs. respond -no female leadership -other old-fashioned mentalities evident in leadership
