Colleagues are supportive across roles, with a culture of helping one another rather than working in silos. The onboarding experience is also smooth and well-coordinated, with the TA team providing clear guidance and support throughout the transition. The company makes a conscious effort to support employee well-being and work-life balance. There are regular social and sports activities such as badminton tournaments, weekly Sunday badminton sessions, and company outings, which help build camaraderie beyond work. I work alongside many senior colleagues who have been with FPT since early in their careers, some for more than 10 years.
