All of the team is really supportive towards interns. The intern supervisor does a great job of exposing us to all aspects of the financial advising industry. Most projects are purposeful. I have gained extremely valuable skills that you aren't able to get in a classroom.

It is a smaller firm, so entry and advancement may be harder to come by

There is a lack of accountability with leadership. The communication structure is top-down and not collaborative. There is high employee turnover. The company's values did not align with my core values.
