Pros

Lots of team building activities, free lunches several times a year. Good for students, or someone who needs work while searching for something with better pay

Cons

A lot of micro management, lay-offs common throughout the year, repetitive work and mind numbing after some time.

Pros

Work from Home fater 2 weeks of training

Cons

management micromanages you and constantly calls you while you have to meet SLAs, openly criticizes you in front of others bad team morale, work all hours without much overtime management misepresents your job responsibilities, especially during the interview—they really want to hire people to work; 3 different job positions for little pay (a Customer service representative, administrative assistant, and real estate paralegal) constant customer contact throughout the day was not mentioned; you are expected to complete your work duties, train people and take customer calls, all within SLAs while management watches you liek big brother from home It's not worth the money—listen to the reviews, please, this company doesn't actually care about you sometimes
