      Below par salary, growth limited to senior's personal preferences(favoritism) & not real performance & contribution, haywire work-life balance, no additional benefits (night hours), poor travel facilities, odd work timings & frequent shift changes

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
