Pros
Nothing stands out from this company aside from they are sought after by the biggest banks in ASEAN. Benefits are only at par with most companies (13th month, hmo, leaves, etc..). Off-shore opportunities pre-pandemic were great. Per diem and accomodations were well provided by FIS.
Cons
Salary is NOT that attractive for fresh graduates. Additionally, FIS uses legacy tech. and may get you stuck within that ecosystem. Unless of course, that's your plan.
