Obvious favoritism in every department even though every manager will say that's not the case Expected to do the work of two or more people with restrictions on overtime Co-workers favored by managers are allowed to act like they are superior in status. When this behavior is brought to the attention of managers, they deny it and say it's just you feeling "guilty" about your own performance Systems are re-designed almost every year to make improvements, but the voices of customer-facing employees are not heard so there are still the same issues year after year
