Great work/life balance, typically a 40 hour week. Some interesting work once in a while. Not overly stressful. Good coworkers.
Cons
Extremely low pay when compared to outside positions. A lot of bureaucracy. Low advancement opportunities. High turnover rate, most people leave because of pay and bureaucracy. Management can be pretty bad (or good) depending on a team.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are glad you've enjoyed the work-life balance FINRA has to offer, though we are sorry to here you view your pay to be low. We strive to be competitive with the external market and use a number of external sources to compile benchmark data to set our pay structures. We encourage you to discuss with your manager ways you may be able to work toward a promotion and a raise in the year ahead.
Great work life balance with a supportive and collaborative team. There are many opportunities to learn, both through jobs and training programs, making it a great place for professional development.
Cons
Career advancement opportunities can be limited. Frequent organizational restructuring can also create uncertainty and make it challenging to plan the long term.
