Pros
FINARTIX has great work culture compared to many companies either I have worked for or with. The management team here has a great mindset—everyone’s supportive, open to new ideas, and genuinely wants to do new and good work without dictating. There’s a sense of trust, respect and inclusiveness, which makes a big difference in how we work together day to day. The flexibility is also a huge plus—whether it’s working from home when needed or just being trusted to manage your own time, it really helps with work-life balance. And honestly, having a pet-friendly office just adds to the mix.
Cons
Since FINARTIX is still a relatively young company (6 years), some company structures and processes are still being figured out. Things aren’t always fully defined, and that can sometimes mean figuring stuff out as you go. It’s not the kind of place where everything is already set up with detailed playbooks—but if you’re comfortable with change, being proactive, and helping shape how things work, that can actually be a positive. For sure, there is the motivation and then energy to build on the positives and adjust the things that are not as efficient as expected. Just something to keep in mind if you’re coming from a very established or corporate environment.
