No job security, you can be kicked out anytime. No proper trainings for the new joinees. They have a very complex system and all the projects are mostly linked with each other. There is no or minimal documentation and project runs on the basis of the information retained by the existing employees. Expectations from the new employees is too high with minimum guidance and support from the existing employees. No onsite opportunity

The long established principle of basing quality jobs outside of the City gave great opportunity to work for a major organisation without to standard daily commute.

The idea that Fidelity does things its own way has been abandoned and it now seems to just trail behind the herd, always late to the party.
