      A lot of learning and great product

      Owners are great but have appointed horrible managers for department who don’t know what going on in the workplace. Very micromanaging environment if it’s your idea it’s not good, if it’s their idea it’s good.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
