      Pros

      - Global scale - Stack if kept up to date (ASP.NET Core, Kubernetes) - CI/CD is good overhaul (for backend, for frontend was bad) - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Very bureaucratic, needed a lot of planning and discussions for very simple changes - Multiple silos (DevOps separate from Dev and Dev separate from Product teams) causing a lot of communication issues - Very low pay for such a big company

      Constant layoffs, rough customers at time, but nothing much more.

      The people and company culture used to be great.

      Company was sold and everything went down hill. No room for growth.
