Hi, thank you for sharing your review. Over the past couple of years, the macroeconomic environment has been challenging for many industries, and businesses have had to rationalise their cost base. In the context of unprecedented macro challenges, we have had to take some unprecedented cost-reduction actions. Flexible Working has gone through significant evolution since 2020, when we experienced the closure of offices and the world at large. Over the past years, we have been learning and adapting. While we want to remain committed to flexibility, we believe in the quality of "in real life" connections as a cornerstone of trust and culture and that's why we have moved into an approach that requires that our people work a minimum of 2 days per week from the office. From our perspective, this is a balanced approach that keeps a level of flexibility while appreciating the social element of work, which is so important in organisational culture.
