Pros
The company makes sure that you know that you are valuable to them and upper management is always there for you.
Cons
The only con i see by working in this company is that some members of this company from different departments think they are above everyone else and in a company that bases them self in their values i feel that this is way out of line. especially when they talk down to any team members and make them feel like they dont know how to to the job they are train for. Also i believe that the paid rate could be a bit better for management.
