Pros
Real family-like vibe in the team and good interactions and collaboration across the global offices too. It's nice to spend time speaking to so many people in different countries. The culture is the best I have experienced in Media/Tech and it is not male heavy like many tech companies. It's great to work for a female CEO who is so well respected! There is no micromanaging and there is flexibility in managing workload which helps with work-life balance. Senior management is extremely transparent and the company is constantly expanding horizons with new offerings so lots of developing opportunities.
Cons
Holiday allowance is very low compared to the rest of the industry and there is no opportunity to increase this (buying additional days or through long-service). Sometimes resources can feel stretched.
