It is a very customer-centric organization, where the #1 goal is to engineer the best quality networking hardware and applications for our customers with a support organization that is second to none. It is great working somewhere where the company listens to the customer and designs based on customer need. I believe the company's worldwide customer base is over 20,000 spread across the globe. It is a pleasure building and supporting some of the best leading edge products in the industry, including Wireless LAN. Now, as far as an employee is concerned, the company adheres to its stated vision of Transparency, Candor, Curiosity, Ownership, and Teamwork. It is a very comfortable environment with a fantastic team of people that are easy to work with. Most everyone is willing to help out where help is needed. The employees take a lot of pride in their work and accomplishments are most always verbally rewarded. The benefits plan is very competitive. The company stock has been doing very well, as our accomplishments are awarded by the activity of our public shareholders. Salaries are competitive with some company 401K matching available.
