      Pros

      Great culture and teamwork. Enjoy working with passionate employees and accessible Senior Executives who travel around to different sites. Feel like I have an ability to influence and make a difference. Breath of fresh air after working at larger high tech companies. Am having fun again. Still has a small company feel that's growing with acquisitions.

      Cons

      Processes need improvements as the company grows thru acquisitions. Is a focus area.

      I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.
