Pros

- Good colleagues - great 'all for one' mentality - Good PD opportunities - Respectful relationships between executives and employees

Cons

As with any customer service role - the customers. This is particularly brutal when the service involves their children so often very difficult to manage emotionally. Felt classist at times as the service targets independent and private schools almost exclusively.

There is a culture of bullying by the executive team. A lot of employees are unhappy but not changes are made. There is a very very high turnover of staff from head office.

Amazing children & families to work with

My experience with this OSHC company was extremely negative. Management provided no support, expectations and responsibilities were unrealistically high, and wages were low. Interactions with school staff, managers, and HR were consistently unsupportive and most times unprofessional. I did not feel respected or valued in my role and would strongly advise against working for or sending children to this service.
