Pros
It's a fun atmosphere to work in, the co-workers are friendly, the management is friendly. There is not a out of control authoritative approach coming from management. It is expected that work gets done accordingly, as it should be with any job. The cafe has never disappointed me in any meal I've been served. I've watched this company grow for many years now, and will continue to watch it's grow because of the positive drive from it's employees and support for management and owners.
Cons
no business is perfect, if that were the case there wouldn't be review sites for anything because ever business would receiver a 5.0 or 5 Stars. There isn't one glaring negative but more small areas that have potential to become positive aspects of the company
