There is a certain "clique" you need to be in to even be considered for management, even if you have the qualifications. The fact that they can just let you go any given day with out reason is clearly unprofessional. The owner seems friendly when they want to be, the management is clearly under stress, because everything is micro managed. All employees feel like they deserve to be paid more, and are clearly disgruntled . The building for being so new is falling apart because there is "no money" yet they keep cutting everyone's pay and coming up with different excuses
