The benefits given by the organisation in much above the market bench mark is what i feel. The work life balance is good. The work culture and the employee satisfaction are the majar factor that determine the success of any organisation.
Cons
The Ambiance and the infrasturcture is not up to the mark. Sharing the workload when working as a team is not organised. The monitoring of activities performed and productivity caputuring tools are not incorporated for the effective utilizations of the staffs skillset. The SMART goals or the objectives are not set appropriate to the work handled by the staffs. It should be specific and measurement of the same to be transperant and achievable. As the office location is too far in chennai from the city going forward after this covid situation the company should enable atleast 5 -10% of the staffs to WFH as this will benefit the staffs by reducing the daily stress of commuting to office and maintain the health of the employees. And will also benefit the company with the reduced building operating expenses like Electricity,Water,Manintenance etc...
