Most of the base level employees were pleasant to interact with. Work doesn’t follow you home most of the time.
Cons
Very shortsighted, lack of leadership and proper incentives. Any issues brought up to management would be shrugged off or addressed in the immediate case; no changes were ever made to address fundamental or procedural problems. Little to no accountability across the board. Basically preying on fresh college grads who have no point of reference for how an office environment should be so they can pay them well below industry standards. Many people find themselves stuck here as the work is mundane but more or less straightforward. It’s the lack of leadership and accountability that makes the role stressful and overall nothin more than a last resort for someone who needs office experience to put on their resume.
