Pros
TAP position in Experis - Strong Starting 40k Base, Fly you out for training for a week, and give you a laptop. Base increases to $43k after you hit a performance goal. You also get 3 weeks of PTO which is amazing. Upper Management for the Fulfillment is very nice and is great to work for. You could make good money if you are sitting in the right office.
Cons
This company is so large that our internal team cannot keep up. Onboarding, Background, Experis Care, IRMP, and our other internal services are BAD AT WHAT THEY DO. Our applicant tracking system is from 2008 and NEEDS an update. I also have co-workers(BDM's and Directors) that treat the Fulfillment team with NO respect or Appreciation and the upper management has let it continue for months now.
