      Decent money for little experience IF you get placed on a good account. Otherwise, good luck.

      Cons

      Poor management. Ridiculous pay and commission set up. A lot of promises of professional and monetary gain..almost none honored.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
