      Not even a single pros to mention. I will recommend you to never ever join this company.

      Cons

      No salary on time. No allowances. No support from the management. I will never ever suggest anyone to join this fraud consultancy as they trap people in their bond and make people suffer for some money. Especially never join IBM through this fraud consultancy. You will never be able to adjust in IBM if you work as a contractor as they will never treat you well.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
