Towards the end, senior management of the company was a disgrace. There appeared to be lots of dumb, rushed decisions. Seemed to chase new ideas every week with no solid direction. Too many people with C-level and VP titles relative to the size of the company. Other noteworthy points: - Staff cuts every 6-12 months. - An obvious drop in product quality (the main dev team was moved from Australia to Canada, lots of good talent and IP was lost). - The CEO is just a glorified sales guy, not a leader.
