The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
