Cons
The salary date is the 10th of every month. However, salaries are sometimes delayed beyond this date.
If you leave after receiving the salary paid on the 10th, you will not be paid for the additional 10 days worked.
There is no proper HR policy, company policy exists.
Salary is paid through UPI, which is unprofessional. The company does not provide salary slips.
Management consistently trusts two female staff members. If you have any misunderstanding with them, you may be terminated. Otherwise, employees feel pressured to praise these two female staff members for survival.
