Good pay , on time , very realistic group and straightforward. Lots of great long term folks.
Cons
lots of employes don't last, are not used of contract mining and blinds idea or get a better offer and leave for a few dollars more.
Management teach with pineapples or threats after awhile it becomes a joke.
