Pros

Awesome people who make the best of a bad work environment. But don't get too attached, the place is a revolving door. Decent for a first job out of college, but only if you have an escape plan.

Cons

SOME management is okay, but mostly paranoid, manipulative and inflexible. One department head is completely incompetent/unprofessional and a KNOWN pathological liar. Yet upper management turns a blind eye. It's like a bad political drama. Not to mention a poorly executed business model.

Pros

Relaxed environment, no micromanagement and good work life balance. Great technology for marketing.

Cons

Lots of policy changes and turnover.

Pros

If you are right out of college or want to start your career in events, then fine, this is the place to do it. Flexible hours, convenient location for commuters and a pretty independent working environment. You'll learn alot and take ownership of your projects.

Cons

Though the location is convenient for commuters, its also in an area filled with drug dealers and crack heads. The structure of company left me scratching my head often. Everyone works in their own way, there is no uniform process. Also, the events are cheaply done and I question the actual research that goes into each one. You almost feel like you are working for a "fake" company. Every month someone is quitting or getting fired, so serious on this. There is also ZERO office culture and the office itself needs some serious TLC, like does the company have money for basic up keep, decent supplies etc? Benefits are expensive. There is also a constant paranioa within production all the time, mostly due to the department head. He is too involved and has no consideration for anyone's timelines. He is very blunt, almost rude, and good luck complaining about him - it will go nowhere because senior management are all buddies.
