You MUST be 100% billable or your benched even though as an engineer you don't have control of that. You could be the best at your job but if Sales doesn't sell then your benched. Maybe they should bench the sales team instead. France based company with a lot of activity in Europe like going to trade shows but nothing in the US even thought they tell us US is the largest money maker. No support outside of Europe.
