      Pros

      The career opportunities and investment in people is better than anywhere I have ever worked before. Its really nice to work at a place where you feel everyone's thoughts on the business are listened to and taken into consideration

      It’s a really busy place to work and can be a bit hectic but I suppose that’s why it is interesting and you're always doing something new

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance . The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when you need to; its a fair trade.

      Cons

      Fast paced with customers from all sectors. (If you love a challenge this is ideal)
