Pros

- Hybrid Work Culture - Sat & Suns off - Team building sessions - Good brands to work for

Cons

Where do I even begin? To begin with, there is severe bias within the team and they do not even hide it. There's a constant flow of new hires only for them to depart within days just because they looked at someone the wrong way. There's clear prioritization of the social media team, even though the social media team themselves are inadequate. Constant follow ups needed, giving briefs for supposedly "pressing posts" minutes before you have to log out, not giving proper feedback, and taking their own sweet time to get back to you under the pretense of having a lot of "work." But the moment you say something wrong to one of the members on the team, you're suddenly "under fire". If you take some time to do work due to the lack of back and forth (usually because of the team), you're suddenly called slow as well and you're the one in the wrong. You sometimes have to work late into the night, there's no compensation for that. So not only are you working like a donkey, but you also don't get compensated for that. It's truly a shame because this company has potential to reach great lengths - it's filled with talented individuals who bring new perspectives.

Pros

Work from home, definitely the honey to the trap Work life balance Saturday Sundays are off. Hybrid working

Cons

Lack of professionalism in the work space Low salary Minimum growth if they "don't trust you" The CEO needs to hire better management and also needs to understand how important it is to retain employees. There is definitely favoritism and they don't give proper employee training as well. So be prepared.
