Union has Management so scared of grievances you can double your allocated break times in a day and never be punished, as well as consistently show up late.
Cons
The people actually responsible for planning for and constructing your designs in a timely manner usually under outage constraints, never get the said designs in a timely manner and thus are not able to plan their work accordingly.
