1) Established standards for CI / CS/ security / quality code 2) Agile working environment 3) CTO is available to all people. 4) Work is predictable (PI planning every 3 months) 5) nice office
Cons
1) last few months somewhat higher attrition but it is getting under control 2) not easy for Juniors to get onboarded smoothly due to complex domain
