-Poorly trains employees and unable to provide them with a solid foundation for success
-extremely difficult to get questions answered or input from supervisors
- almost everyone just forwards, delegates and defers everything; very few people actually read emails, or deal with issues hands on
- terrible communication across business units and very adversarial
- badly needs to put forth a lot of effort to get effective processes and protocols in place to create an organized company
- needs better leadership which leads by example
