Pros
They are EXTREMELY invested in your future and have a guaranteed $5000 allowance for education (as long as its relevant to your field). However, there are many training opportunities that they will also let you do DURING YOUR WORK DAY that are onsite and paid by them. But event the self selected training, again, if relevant, they might let you also do during your work day. In some cases they will even go over your allowance budget to get you trained in something.
Cons
Extremely restrictive environment, but that's the literal nature of the job. My only actual complaint was that I couldn't just take 3 minutes to go grab a refill of my coffee outside of the strict 15/15 breaks and 30-1 hour lunch. Not that big of a gripe.
